The Team Operations Manager is responsible for the coordination, support and supervision of the operational activities within a specific team within Infrastructure Services Outsourcing & Resell (a.k.a. ISOR)

You will work closely with:

  • the Process Managers, who are responsible for the development and optimization of business processes. You are responsible for the implementation of these new processes. Together with the process coordinator, you coach and motivate the different teams and guide them in the change process.
  • Planning team: to make sure that projects, planned tasks and pre-sales assignments are scheduled and agreements are met
  • Team leads and Unit Manager to evaluate team members and guarantee knowledge of the services and the offered solutions


Also the following tasks will be waiting for you:

  • You supervise the day-to-day work activities and its efficient execution to make sure that our customers are happy
  • Together with the Process Organization, you ensure that the new and existing processes are implemented, known and respected.
  • You are responsible for and the first point of contact when setting up a new service, operational escalations (24/7), which are reported by the customer and / or staff.
  • You ensure that normal, extended and 24/7 service windows are organized.
  • Together with the stakeholders, you develop proposals for improvement of quality, productivity and efficiency and ensure that these are implemented
  • You support and report to ISOR Operations Manager with regard to budgeting and capacity planning, escalations, progress of improvement proposals….
  • You create commitment from employees to guarantee service together
  • You participate in presales and business development cases
  • You are the vendor liaison for operational matters
  • You will be consulted and informed about transition and portfolio tracks
  • In line with the needs and the evolution of the position, you take on tasks aimed at the proper performance of the position


  • Diploma: Bachelor or equivalent through experience
  • Certificate ITIL Foundation
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and service tools (such as OT)
  • Being able to work smoothly with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Interest in and knowledge of IT environments
  • Communicative skills and able to adapt to different discussion partners, both within and outside Realdolmen
  • Be customer and service oriented
  • Solid presentation skills

  • Being able to set priorities and meet deadlines
